Whether your child is preparing for the Acton Children’s Business Fair or simply wants to become a more confident communicator, this hands-on class is designed to equip them with practical skills they can use for years to come.

Led by Tracey Matney, owner of Victory Points Marketing and host of the Inland Empire Acton Children’s Business Fair, students will learn how to confidently interact with customers, communicate clearly, and make more sales while having fun in a real business environment.

During this interactive workshop, kids will learn:

How to confidently greet and talk with customers
Simple sales and upselling techniques
How to answer common customer questions
Making change and handling money with confidence
How to attract customers to their booth
Communication skills that build confidence both in business and everyday life

If your child is participating in Saturday’s Children’s Business Fair, they are welcome to bring the sign they’ll be using at their booth (optional). Tracey will provide personalized feedback and teach them how to catch people’s attention, start conversations, and turn curious shoppers into happy customers.

As a special bonus, students will even get to step behind the register at Board Game Paradise for some real-world practice!

No booth at the Children’s Business Fair? No problem! This class is open to any child who wants to strengthen their confidence, communication, and entrepreneurial skills.
