On February 27th, 1996, the world was introduced to Pokémon Red & Green, and a legendary journey began! Trainers everywhere celebrate Pokémon Day! A time to honor the games, the anime, the trading cards, and, of course, the adventure of catching ’em all!
Pack Battles in Pokémon TCG offer a quick and casual way to play using a single booster pack and basic Energy cards. Players build a small deck from their opened pack and 10 Energy cards, then compete using simplified rules. Special mechanics include starting with only 2 Prize cards and a Ditto Evolution rule, allowing Ditto to evolve instantly with an “Evolutionary Advantage” ability. This format is ideal for fast-paced and exciting matches with minimal setup.
